Do I have to hand my car keys over?

Most of our car parks you do need to hand over your car keys, some of the car parks do allow you to park the car yourself. For more information please click the “more info” link which is found under the parking site you wish to hire from.

How can I amend an existing booking?

If you wish to amend or view your booking please visit 'manage my booking' or you can call us on 0871 360 2570

What happens if my flight is delayed and I return later than planned?

This is not a problem; you can pay for additional hours or days at the car park or Hotel when you return. Standard rates apply.

Do you provide a map?

You can view a map and get directions to all of our car parks and hotels on the quote page.  Once your booking is confirmed you will again be able to access this map.  If you need to re-visit, please use the ‘manage my booking’ function.  If you reserve and undercover car park or hotel you will only be able to view the map once the booking is confirmed.

Do you charge per person or per room?

We charge per room per night.

Do I park the car myself?

Our car parks all have different arrangements. Most of the car parks you park yourself and keep your car keys however some of the car parks your car is parked for you and a transfer bus is provided more quickly, you will also need to hand over your car keys. What happens if I exceed my parking package?

If you do exceed your 8 or 15 day parking package, you will need to pay for additional days direct at the hotel or car park this will be charged at their daily rate.

Am I allowed to park before my stay?

Most of the hotels allow this however not all of them. If you insert when you want to stay at the hotel and when you want to park, if the hotel you want doesn’t appear it could be because it doesn’t accept this type of booking. Do you have to pay a deposit or the full amount at the time of the booking?

You will need to make the full payment at the time of booking. If you feel you may need to cancel you can take out our cancellation waiver as long as you cancel with at least 24 hours notice you will receive a full refund.

Can you provide a receipt for my booking?   

Your booking confirmation will include the total value of your booking and the last 4 digits of your credit/debit card.
